Step 1: Prior to your fingerprinting appointment, payment must be made through the following link:

Step 2: Complete the following information required for a background clearance. This will include providing all charges and arrests, including any charges that have been sealed or expunged.
Step 3: After submiting your form and payment, check your email regularly for a respondance email with your next steps to register with FieldPrint with the included fingerprinting code. You will also receive directions to set up your fingerprinting and badge picture appointment. The email will be sent to you within two business days of HR receiving payment to the email you have provided on this form.
- Arrive on time for your appointment at the Largo Administrative Office. Your FieldPrint registration must be completed prior to the appointment. If this has not been completed, you will need to complete prior to printing at the district office.
- Bring the appropriate government issued picture identification (such as driver's license, Florida ID card, or passport)
Step 4: You will receive your PCS Intern badge in the U.S.mail upon background clearance. Once you receive your badge, you may begin your internship hours at the assigned school(s). Communication will be made with district supervisors on clearance.
Identification badge always be worn during internship(s) classroom visits.
Please allow at least (7) working days after fingerprinting for your intern badge to be mailed to the address you provided.
You will be notified by the Office of Professional Standards if there is a concern with your background screening.
